Users can subscribe to support the project and unlock all features. The Premium subscription is available in three plans:
- Weekly

- Free trial: if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the paid subscription will start automatically and any remaining trial time will be forfeited.
- The displayed price includes applicable taxes.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.

We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Under French Consumer Code Article L221-28 13°, the supply of delivered digital content excludes the 14-day withdrawal right once performance has begun. By confirming your purchase via the App Store or Google Play, you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

All elements of the application (design, logo, code, content organization) are the property of Kalimat or its rights holders. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Religious texts (Quran, hadiths, athar) are in the public domain. The selection of sources, organization, presentation, and explanations remain the exclusive property of Kalimat.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1 Content
Kalimat strives to provide reliable and verified content from recognized sources. The sole purpose of this content is to strengthen faith, spiritual elevation, and authentic Islamic knowledge, within a framework of peace and moderation. However:
- Absolute accuracy, completeness, or permanent currency of all content cannot be guaranteed
- The app does not replace consultation with a qualified scholar or mufti
- Content is provided for educational and reflective purposes only, not as binding religious rulings (fatwa)
- Kalimat shall not be held liable for any misinterpretation or misuse of the content displayed
- Kalimat categorically opposes any use of the content for purposes of extremism, terrorism, incitement to hatred or violence, or any activity contrary to the law. Any use of the content that violates the laws of the country in which the user resides is the sole personal responsibility of the user
- Kalimat accepts no liability for any misinterpretation, decontextualization of texts, or misuse of content in ways contrary to its original intentions or to applicable legislation
The app includes Quranic exegesis texts (tafsir) sourced from recognized classical works (e.g., Tafsir Al-Jaza'iri, Al-Mukhtasar fi at-Tafsir, etc.). These texts are not our own opinions but those of recognized scholars and exegetes. Some explanations may contain historical contexts that should be understood within their time period. The purpose is to provide a historical and educational framework to better understand the displayed content, and in no way to incite any act or to promote hatred or violence in any form.
Kalimat offers this content in a spirit of knowledge, dialogue, and peace. Any interpretation aimed at justifying discrimination, hatred, or violence toward any individual, community, or religion is contrary to the app's values and to the law.
If you notice a translation error, content that seems problematic, or a quote you do not understand, you can report it directly from the app using the report button located at the bottom of the explanation (tafsir) page, accessible via the book button. Every report is taken seriously.

In any event, and to the extent permitted by law, if a problem occurs because of the app, the maximum you could claim from Kalimat will not exceed what you actually paid for your subscription in the past 12 months. In other words: if you are a Premium subscriber, the maximum is your subscription amount. If you use the free version, there is no amount to refund.
